We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no returns.

Exchange on full price items are allowed: 1) In store at 4706-13th Ave 2) Via shipping. All exchanges must be shipped to 5308 - 13th Ave Suite. 623 Brooklyn NY 11219. You must include a return label and email us that you sent the shoe with return label. You will be able to request a pair that we have in stock once we receive your package.

Sale items are final sale.
